- I am a Sister of Providence and have been for 44 years. I currently live on the south side of Chicago. I teach sociology and social work at Chicago State University. I started the "Sister Judy in Uganda" blog when I was a Fulbrighter at Uganda Martyrs University. That was over a decade ago, but I still have fond memories of that year.
